NTT Global Data Centers Netherlands B.V. is seeking a Client Success Manager (m/f/d) to oversee commercial relationships with assigned Hyperscale clients across the lifecycle.

You will act as a strategic advisor, develop trusted partnerships, and drive client success while mitigating churn. Key responsibilities include renewal strategy development, cross-functional collaboration, onboarding/offboarding management, and governance with Sales, Operations, and Legal.

Qualificações

• Degree in commercial, engineering or information technology, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain positive client relationships to ensure overall client success and satisfaction, mitigating churn.
• Identify and implement renewal strategies prior to contract end dates with the account team.
• Manage end-to-end client onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Security, Finance and Legal to support client needs and governance.
