• Own and continuously improve the category demand plan for agreed markets and categories.
• Lead the commercial planning cadence within the S&OP cycle and align assumptions across functions.
• Advise and challenge business stakeholders using forecasts and commercial priorities.
• Drive the monthly demand validation meeting, data validation, reporting and follow-up.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and support new demand planning processes in ERP and planning tools.
