Job summary

You will lead the Demand Review in the S&OP process, manage inputs, and translate market insights into actionable scenarios for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, engineering, data science).
• 8+ years in supply chain roles with planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional demand planning and drive forecast accuracy and bias improvements.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Global Supply, and Operations to align on a consensus demand plan.
• Lead the Demand Review within the S&OP process and communicate risks and opportunities.
• Deliver analytics and executive reporting to support strategic decisions.
• Develop and mentor the Demand Planning team and drive process improvements.
