Job summary

Rituals is seeking a Category Planning Intern at our Central Head Office in Amsterdam. You will support allocation, forecasting and inventory management across omnichannel channels, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will learn how AI tools can simplify recurring tasks and improve decision-making. Applicants must be actively enrolled in an accredited Bachelor's or Master's programme and have strong Excel skills, with English fluency; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a relevant Bachelor's or Master's programme (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Econometrics).
• Good working knowledge of Excel.
• Proficient English in an international environment; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support product allocation across different sales channels and areas of the business.
• Analyze inventory, sales and demand data to identify deviations, risks and opportunities.
• Monitor product availability and inventory developments and help prepare planning actions.
• Contribute to short-term forecasting for the upcoming months by analysing demand signals.
• Create and maintain reports and analyses for Category Planners and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and commercial teams to align priorities.
