Job summary

Monks is seeking a Director of Resource Management & Talent Casting to strategically match briefs with top talent across disciplines, managing a high-caliber freelance network and two Casters in a fast-growing agency setting.

You will collaborate with Creative, Strategy, Account, Technology, and Operations leadership to ensure optimal team compositions and scalable resourcing across NAMER and LATAM regions.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in resource management, creative operations, or agency casting at top-tier agencies.
• Established NAMER and LATAM freelance networks across multiple disciplines.
• Proven leadership of mid-senior resourcing staff or casters.
• Ability to assess portfolios and candidate fit across creative, tech, strategy, and accounts.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Talent Casting: own casting across all disciplines and ensure briefs meet client needs.
• Team leadership: mentor two Casters and manage complex allocations.
• Freelance network development: source, vet, negotiate, and onboard freelancers.
• Resourcing operations: balance FTE with freelance talent to optimize profitability.
• Cross-functional alignment: work with HR, Recruiting and leadership to smooth onboarding and hiring.
