NewCold in Breda is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to identify, originate and develop new cold storage opportunities across Europe, from concept through commercial commitment.

You will lead consultative B2B sales, build robust financial models, manage senior customer relationships and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development, Commercial Management or Strategic Sales.
• Experience developing large-scale logistics, warehousing, industrial or infrastructure projects with capital-intensive projects is highly desirable.
• Proven success managing consultative B2B sales processes.
• Experience in customer relationship management at executive level.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop greenfield cold storage opportunities in strategic markets across Europe.
• Lead consultative sales discussions to understand customers’ operational, commercial and strategic requirements.
• Negotiate commercial terms and support contract execution.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and achieve annual business development targets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Finance, Legal, Project Management and Executive Leadership.
• Assist in defining warehouse concepts, capacity requirements and operating models.
