Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking Business Development Executives to drive growth across EMEA pharma services. You will develop territory and account plans, manage forecasting, and provide market insights to win new opportunities in Steriles, Solid Dosage, Biologics, Cell & Gene Therapy, Viral Vector, and API.

The role requires strong science and commercial acumen, relationship-building, and the ability to navigate a matrix environment.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of quota-carrying field sales or business development experience.
• Experience in CDMO or drug modalities is a plus.
• Strong analytical and financial skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable growth and achieve/exceed AOP targets.
• Secure new molecules, service expansions and increase share of wallet.
• Consultative selling through full sales cycle from outreach to contract execution.
• Support development and closure of commercial opportunities and contracts.
• Identify opportunities within accounts and prospects; create demand with solutions.
