Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks an Executive Director/Vice President for the Medical Science and Strategy Team – Oncology. The role can be based in the EMEA region with travel to China and relocation consideration.

Qualifications

• MD or equivalent is required.
• Certified Oncologist with 5+ years in pharma leading clinical development of assets.
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
• Active medical license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients and senior leadership to shape trials and proposals.
• Provide therapeutic and developmental expertise to internal teams.
• Mentor and supervise clinical scientists within multidisciplinary groups.
• Lead and coordinate input for RFPs, protocols, and development plans.
