Valcon is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to lead the end-to-end bid and tender process, focusing on European public tenders. You will coordinate strategy, governance, deadlines and stakeholder alignment to enable high-quality submissions.

Rather than writing proposals yourself, you enable experts to deliver compelling content, while remaining ready to write when necessary. You’ll drive maturity across the Tender Desk and apply data and AI to streamline the process.

Competenze

• Experience in bid or tender management within a professional services environment.
• Strong strategic and commercial thinking for complex bids.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary bid teams and coordinate timelines.

• Lead end-to-end bids and tenders, especially European public tenders.
• Coordinate decision-making, governance and quality throughout the process.
• Organise Go/No-Go decisions and ensure timely submission of bids.
