Fastned is seeking a skilled Bid Manager to own end-to-end bids from qualification to submission. You will lead cross-functional teams across commercial, technical, legal, and finance to craft compliant, competitive proposals that win.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of bids & proposals management experience with mid-to-high-complexity tenders.
• Experience with public procurement procedures including competitive dialogue and framework agreements.
• APMP Fellow certification is preferred.
• Master's degree in a relevant field as listed.
• Advanced English with strong written communication; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in infrastructure, energy, e-mobility, real estate, or concessions.
• Organised and detail-oriented with strong compliance and quality focus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under ambitious deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Analyse tender requirements and understand customer needs.
• Shape proposal strategy aligned with business goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, competitive proposals.
• Write, edit, and manage proposal content with SMEs for technical, management, and pricing sections.
• Lead proposal reviews, ensure format consistency, and track outcomes.
