Job summary

FiveX B.V in Amsterdam is seeking a Business Development Representative who approaches accounts strategically and actually picks up the phone. You will start by prospecting, qualifying leads, and handing off to our closers. You will learn consultative selling, build pipeline and shadow deals on the path to Account Executive.

Qualifications

• Must have BDR or sales experience.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Strong persistence and resilience when facing rejection.
• Willingness to pick up the phone and communicate sharply.
• Coachability with openness to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Research accounts, identify stakeholders and multi-thread across the organization.
• Run outbound via phone, email and LinkedIn; cold calling included.
• Qualify leads, run discovery calls and hand off opportunities to closers.
• Shadow deals to learn the craft of closing.
