FiveX is seeking a proactive BDR in Amsterdam to strategically target accounts and initiate outbound conversations by phone, email, and LinkedIn. You will qualify leads, conduct discovery, and hand opportunities to closers while shadowing deals to learn closing.

The role offers a clear growth path to Account Executive with coaching, plus an Amsterdam office with one remote day per week.

Qualifications

• Prior BDR or sales experience.
• Fluent Dutch and English.
• Persistence and resilience when facing rejection.
• Willingness to pick up the phone and communicate sharply.
• Coachable with feedback during conversations.

Responsibilities

• Research accounts and identify stakeholders across organizations.
• Run outbound via phone, email and LinkedIn; cold calls are expected.
• Qualify leads, conduct discovery calls and hand off to closers.
• Shadow deals to learn closing techniques and progress to AE track.
