Job summary

JD.COM is seeking a capacity planning leader for its European B2B logistics network. You will design the capacity framework, build a robust carrier pool, and optimize capacity mix to support business growth.

You will source and onboard high-quality B2B carriers, develop a diversified supplier ecosystem, and allocate capacity in real time based on demand to ensure on-time delivery and high service levels.

Qualifications

• Industry experience: 5 years and above.
• Job experience: 3 years and above.
• Education: Bachelor's degree and above.
• Language: Fluent in Chinese and English.
• Proficient in cross-border B2B transportation operations, coordinating resources, and achieving cost reduction through data optimization.

Responsibilities

• B2B capacity planning and carrier pool design to support European growth.
• Carrier sourcing, onboarding, and diversification of supplier ecosystem.
• Dynamic dispatching and real-time capacity allocation for on-time delivery.
• Establish and monitor a carrier scorecard to drive service quality.
