Job summary
Nebius seeks a Key Customers Solutions Architect to support strategic GPU cloud services customers. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, helping clients design, deploy, and scale AI solutions while managing large GPU workloads across hundreds to thousands of GPUs.
You will collaborate with sales and product teams to drive growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and relay customer feedback for product improvements. Remote work from the United States or Canada is supported.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5-10+ years in Cloud Solutions Architect, TAC, or similar roles with cloud and AI/ML workloads.
- Proficiency with IaC tools Terraform and Ansible.
- Experience with Kubernetes and Python programming.
- Strong understanding of GPU computing for ML training and inference.
- Customer-centric approach with ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical contact, troubleshooting and resolving complex AI/ML issues.
- Guide customers to optimize GPU performance for training and inference at scale.
- Collaborate with sales to identify opportunities and present technical solutions.
- Bridge to product teams, relay feedback and align with customer requirements.
- Engage stakeholders, negotiate solutions, and drive cross-functional alignment.
