Nebius Group in Amsterdam is building a full-stack AI cloud platform and seeks a GPU Cluster Architect to drive end-to-end architectural decisions for massive AI workloads across compute, storage and networking.

You will design scalable GPU topologies, model performance tradeoffs, and collaborate with SRE, networking and DC teams to deliver reliable, high-performance infrastructure across multiple data centers.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience designing clusters.
• Deep understanding of modern GPU architecture.
• Experience with HPC interconnects (InfiniBand & RoCE).
• Solid background in systems architecture, networking, and hardware reliability.
• Experience in scripting for automation and telemetry pipelines (Python, Go).

Responsabilidades

• Architect scalable GPU cluster topologies including compute nodes, interconnect, storage and control planes.
• Analyze AI/ML workloads to inform design tradeoffs across latency, bandwidth and GPU density.
• Align network design and validate low-latency, high-throughput interconnects at POD and DC scale.
• Collaborate with storage teams to optimize performance for training datasets and checkpoints.
• Understand and analyze signals from monitoring systems to detect design flaws.
• Partner with site reliability, networking, storage and DC engineering teams to scale the architecture.
