Job summary

Nebius is seeking a Sr. Solutions Engineer to be the primary technical partner for customers deploying and operating Nebius GPU clusters and AI infrastructure.

You will bridge customer needs with internal engineering to ensure successful deployment, stable operations, and ongoing optimization of high-performance environments. Responsibilities include interfacing with customers, deploying and tuning GPU environments, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and drive product

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as solutions engineer or technical account manager.
• Strong understanding of GPU infrastructure, multi-node environments and performance considerations.
• Hands-on Linux systems and system-level troubleshooting experience.
• Familiarity with large-scale compute environments like GPU clusters or AI infra.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main technical interface for customers running workloads on Nebius GPU infrastructure.
• Assist customers in deploying, configuring, and tuning GPU environments for performance and reliability.
• Investigate and resolve complex issues spanning hardware, networking, OS and cluster behavior.
• Collaborate with data center ops, networking, and platform engineering to drive problem resolution.
• Translate customer requirements into practical architectures and execution plans.
• Identify opportunities to improve system performance, stability and customer experience.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and best practices.
