Job summary

Capgemini Invent in Utrecht is seeking an AI Architect to lead AI-enabled transformations, design scalable AI architectures, and deliver measurable value for clients. You will partner with executives and engineers to translate AI strategy into production-grade solutions in a hybrid work setting.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in consulting or transformation, hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, cloud-native AI, and governance considerations, and are fluent in English (Dutch preferred).

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in consulting, solution architecture, enterprise architecture, or digital transformation.
• Proven experience designing and delivering AI, Generative AI, and cloud-native solutions.
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Gemini, or equivalent AI ecosystems.
• Strong in AI governance, security, privacy, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI-enabled transformation and business value.
• Design and deliver AI-powered solutions improving experiences and efficiency.
• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for complex AI initiatives.
• Own architecture of AI/digital transformation programs from strategy through adoption.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and advise executives on AI strategy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver impactful solutions.
• Move clients from experimentation to production-scale AI.
