Job summary

Innova Market Insights in the Netherlands is seeking an Account Manager to extend our clients’ teams, building strong partnerships by understanding their needs, challenges, and business goals. You will work with marketing, R&D, and sales to maximize value from our insights and uncover new opportunities to grow the relationship.

You’ll represent our brand at customer meetings, trade shows, and events, support clients in getting value from our insights, and stay up-to-date with market

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in account management.
• Experience in B2B sales and SaaS.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the extension of our clients’ teams and build strong, long-lasting partnerships.
• Understand clients’ needs, challenges, and business goals to maximize value from our insights.
• Collaborate with decision-makers across marketing, R&D, and sales to grow relationships.
• Represent the Innova brand at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events while traveling.
