Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Store Team Lead for our Bataviastad location. You will oversee opening/closing procedures, educate team members on products and promotions, and drive daily sales targets to meet company goals. This role offers growth alongside industry partners and teams.

You will lead by example, manage POS and stock, ensure visual standards, and protect store assets while delivering world-class service to customers.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years total retail experience, with a preference for candidates with previous store leadership roles.
• Flexibility in work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.
• A genuine excitement for retail and sales, with a passion for creating memorable shopping experiences for all consumers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with consumers and team members alike.
• A proactive approach to completing tasks efficiently and with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to our consumers using our service model.
• Coordinate, delegate, prioritize and meet store deadlines, ensuring follow up on daily activities.
• Learn and assist in various departments within the store including consumer service, product knowledge, visual presentation, and stock room management.
• Support team members in daily execution of retail operations i.e., POS system management and use, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, loyalty programs promotion, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Lead by example and collaborate with Store Management to improve personal KPIs through sales-driven techniques.
