Qualifications

• 2-3 years total retail experience; preference for candidates with previous store leadership roles.
• Flexibility in work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours; regular attendance essential.
• Genuine excitement for retail and sales; passion for creating memorable shopping experiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to consumers using Crocs' service model.
• Contribute to an enjoyable team environment; share suggestions and concerns.
• Coordinate, delegate, prioritize and meet store deadlines with follow-up on daily activities.
• Assist in various store departments including consumer service, product knowledge, presentation and stock room management.
• Support daily store operations: POS, stock replenishment, pricing and promotions, loyalty programs, cleanliness.
