Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED. Associates degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years retail sales experience.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, POS.
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays, long hours).
• Some travel may be requested.
• Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for supporting the Store Manager in daily store operations.
• Supervise employees and provide direction.
• Assist customers and carry out manager directives.
• Supervise and train staff.
• Review staff performance and provide feedback.
• Stock inventory per trends and product availability.
• Display merchandise to maximise purchasing appeal.
• Handle nightly and daily paperwork.
• Interact with customers and resolve complaints.
