Job summary

Timberland Rotterdam is seeking a passionate Store Supervisor to lead daily operations and inspire the team on the shop floor. You will support the Store Manager, champion exceptional customer experiences, and drive commercial success through hands-on leadership.

You’ll coach colleagues, manage stock and merchandising, assist with scheduling, and ensure health and safety standards are met, delivering the Timberland brand experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

We're looking for a passionate and customer-focused Store Supervisor to help lead our Rotterdam store team. As a key member of the store leadership team, you will support daily operations, inspire colleagues through example, and deliver exceptional experiences for every customer who walks through our doors.

What you'll do

As Store Supervisor, you'll play an active role on the shop floor while supporting the Store Manager in driving commercial success and operational excellence.

• Managing operational tasks such as stock handling, replenishment and general store organization.
• Assisting with team scheduling, task delegation and floor coverage when required.
• Ensuring company policies, procedures and health & safety guidelines are consistently followed.

Availability

This is a 30-hour per week position.

Availability on at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) is required.

Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and peak trading periods.

Language Skills

English proficiency is required.

Dutch language skills are considered a strong advantage

Hiring Range : €27,361.60 EUR - €34,202.00 EUR annually

Incentive Potential : This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
