Job summary

Timberland Rotterdam is seeking a passionate Store Supervisor to lead daily operations and inspire the team on the shop floor. You will support the Store Manager, champion exceptional customer experiences, and drive commercial success through hands-on leadership.

You’ll coach colleagues, manage stock and merchandising, assist with scheduling, and ensure health and safety standards are met, delivering the Timberland brand experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail, hospitality or customer-facing supervisory role.
• Ability to lead, motivate and coach others through a positive and collaborative approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to identify priorities and take initiative.
• Capacity to balance customer service, team leadership and operational responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Leading by example and providing outstanding customer service.
• Coaching, motivating and supporting team members in their day-to-day activities.
• Driving sales performance through proactive customer engagement and product recommendations.
• Supporting daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Managing stock handling, replenishment and general store organization.
• Assisting with team scheduling and floor coverage.
