Job summary

ASICS is seeking a Store Manager for FO SugarCity in Amsterdam The Styles Outlet Center. You will lead and motivate a team to achieve and exceed sales targets, manage window displays, customer service, and daily store operations with a keen commercial eye.

Based at SugarCity and reporting to the District Manager, you will drive profitability, supervise staff, deliver brand standards in merchandising, recruit and develop talent, and ensure reporting and planning meet business goals.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of retail experience.
• 2-3 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in retail operations, budgeting, planning, customer service, and people management.
• Fluency in English and local language.
• Flexibility to work shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximise sales and profitability through effective store management and excellent customer service.
• Guide and support staff to maintain high standards in customer service and sales.
• Give clear directions to ensure our store achieves the brand standard in product presentation and merchandising.
• Recruit, train, retain, and develop a high-quality team.
• Achieve brand standards in reporting, action planning, and business performance endeavours.
