Job summary

Based at ASICS Flagship Store in Amsterdam and reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll drive sales, lead a team, and ensure excellent customer service in line with ASICS standards. You’ll coordinate product presentation, store routines, and inventory to maximise profitability when the Store Manager is absent.

You’ll have at least 2 years in retail management, strong communication, and a customer‑first mindset. English and Dutch are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of retail management experience, including coaching, counselling, and developing people.
