Job summary

ASICS EMEA in Amsterdam is seeking a Store Manager for FO Sugar City, The Styles Outlet Center, to lead a busy retail team and drive sales. You will drive eye-catching displays and outstanding customer service while managing reporting and store overheads to support business growth.

The role requires around 4-6 years of retail experience and 2-3 years in supervision, plus a qualification in Business Administration or equivalent. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Around 4-6 years of retail experience.
• Approximately 2-3 years of supervisory experience, including coaching, counseling and developing people.
• Qualification in Business Administration or related field (or two years' additional experience).
• Experience in retail operations, budgeting, planning, customer service, and people management.
• Impressive track record of delivering quality customer service.

• Maximise sales and profitability through effective store management and excellent customer service.
• Guide and support our staff to maintain high standards in customer service and sales.
• Give clear directions to ensure our store achieves the brand standard in product presentation and merchandising.
