How You’ll Help Us.

Based at our FO SugarCity store in Amsterdam The Styles Outlet Center and reporting to the District Manager , you’ll :

• Maximise sales and profitability through effective store management and excellent customer service.
• Guide and support our staff to maintain high standards in customer service and sales.
• Give clear directions to ensure our store achieves the brand standard in product presentation and merchandising.
• Recruit, train, retain, and develop a high‑quality team.
• Achieve brand standards in reporting, action planning, and business performance endeavours.

More About You.

• Around 4-6 years of retail experience.
• Approximately 2-3 years of supervisory experience, including coaching, counseling and developing people.
• Experience in retail operations, budgeting, planning, customer service, and people management.
• Impressive track record of delivering quality customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with retail business systems.
• Fluency in English and , preferably , local language.
• Flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends .
