A fast-growing international fashion brand is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for their new store in Eindhoven. In this role, you will support the Store Manager in daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and lead a motivated team. ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER - EINDHOVEN BRAND CONCEPT NEW STORE OPENING

Are you ready to become the right hand of the Store Manager in a vibrant store focused on sneakers and lifestyle? Join a fast‑growing international brand where your passion for retail and team coaching truly makes a difference!

You analyze KPIs (sales, average basket size, conversion rate) and actively contribute to achieving—and exceeding—targets.

Motivating & coaching the team

Together with the Store Manager, you lead a motivated and well‑trained team (12‑15 colleagues) who enjoy coming to work every day.

You assist with stock management, scheduling, checkout operations, visual merchandising, and maintain a perfect store presentation.

Providing a premium customer experience

You assist customers with a smile, inspire them, and ensure everyone feels welcome in the store.

Managing back office & administration

You support with staff scheduling, reporting, and general store organization.
