Job summary

EC3D is an omnichannel retailer in the 3D printing industry. We’re looking for an experienced, hands‑on Store Manager to lead our new store opening in Den Bosch, bringing exceptional retail leadership and a passion for technology.

You will take ownership of daily store operations, coach the sales team, and drive customer service while hitting sales targets. Fluent in Dutch and English, you’ll ensure stock accuracy and showroom standards from day one.

• Experience in retail management, store leadership, or sales management.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with a commercial mindset.
• Interest in technology and 3D printing.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Salary: €2,900 – €3,400 per month (depending on experience)

• Take full ownership of daily store operations and sales performance
• Lead, coach, and develop the retail sales team
• Deliver top-tier customer service and work towards sales targets & KPIs
• Manage stock levels and maintain a high standard of showroom presentation
