TalentED in Breda is seeking a Store Manager to lead a mid-sized retail team and drive revenue growth with a 360° leadership approach. You will align store operations with brand standards and develop a high-performing team.

In this role you’ll monitor KPIs, mentor team leaders, manage scheduling, HR, and budgeting dashboards, while ensuring stock integrity and merchandising excellence. A passion for fashion and customer service is essential.

• Proven experience in retail management and leading mid-sized teams (10–20 employees).
• Strong analytical, delegation, and motivational skills to drive team performance.
• Passion for fashion and retail industry.
