Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or similar discipline.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
• Outstanding organisational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store communications through newsletters and intranet platforms for all retail locations.
• Handle and resolve store requests via email channels and ticketing systems to maintain efficiency.
• Create and standardise training materials and operational guidelines for consistency across locations.
• Oversee store supplies management and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
• Support staff training initiatives and coordinate store manager meetings to improve operations.
• Assist with seasonal inventory counts and maintain accurate stock control to minimise shrinkage.
• Plan and execute DTC Summit events with proper documentation and follow-up.
