Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, develop, and motivate a team of fashion lovers toward providing excellent service and maximising sales
• Shift scheduling for all employees in the shop
• Work with Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) to maximise sales in accordance with the budgets for the shop
• Oversee the visual identity of the shop
• Stay updated on Samsøe Samsøe activities, styles, and product materials
• Build relations and interactions with the customers
