Job summary

adidas Lelystad is seeking a Store Manager to lead our flagship store in the Netherlands. You will own the store's commercial performance, drive sales on the shop floor, and ensure adidas standards in customer experience and visual merchandising.

You’ll lead a diverse team with a focus on development, coaching, and data-driven decision making. The role requires strong leadership, English proficiency, and comfort with MS Office and digital retail tools, in a fast-paced, consumer-centric

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months in sports/fashion retail leadership with large teams.

• Advanced in English and comfortable using MS Office and digital retail tools.
