adidas Rotterdam is looking for a Sales Consultant to be the face of our store, helping customers find the right gear, apparel and footwear to elevate performance. You will bring energy, product knowledge, and a customer-first attitude to every interaction.

You will join a supportive team with flexible hours, training opportunities, and employee benefits such as discounts and uniform allowance. Grow across the brand in retail, office, and distribution while upholding adidas standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a sport or fashion retail environment.
• Passion for sport, fitness or fashion.
• Motivated by targets and knowledge of store KPIs.
• Effective customer service and sales skills.
• Being a team player, resilience, eager to learn & curious.
• Good communications skills in English.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide outstanding service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Be a brand ambassador by connecting, engaging, and inspiring our customers in alignment with our adidas values.
• Work collaboratively and drive sales by assisting in visual merchandising, stock replenishment, deliveries and general store upkeep to win together as a team to achieve store goals.
• Take ownership and be proactive in your own learning by completing all applicable training and effectively applying them on the shop floor. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and trends in sport and fitness
