Job summary

adidas in Eindhoven is seeking a Sales Consultant to greet customers, recommend the right gear and footwear, and drive sales in a fast-paced store.

You will be a brand ambassador, bringing energy, product knowledge, and a customer-first attitude to every interaction. The role requires weekend/evening availability and a passion for sport and fashion.

Qualifications

• Experience in sport or fashion retail or both.
• Passion for sport, fitness or fashion.
• Motivated by targets and knowledge of store KPIs.
• Effective customer service and sales skills.
• Team player with resilience, eager to learn and curious.
• Good communications skills in English.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide outstanding service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Be a brand ambassador by connecting, engaging, and inspiring customers with adidas values.
• Assist in visual merchandising, stock replenishment, deliveries and store upkeep to drive sales.
• Complete training and apply knowledge on the shop floor, staying up-to-date on products and promotions.
