Bellerose seeks an experienced Store Manager for our new Amsterdam corner at Bijenkorf, opening October 2026. You will lead the retail team, uphold brand standards, and drive strong customer service in a dynamic flag.

This full-time role requires strategic thinking and hands-on leadership to ensure daily operations run smoothly. You will report to the Retail Manager and be responsible for turnover, stock, and team development, while delivering premium shopping experiences and achieving KPI

Responsibilities

• Manage the store as part of the retail team and report to the Retail Manager

• Drive sales and ensure growth while maintaining visual merchandising standards
• Handle administrative, financial management, inventories and stock control
• Oversee team administration and store turnover

Introduction

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager for our new Bellerose corner in De Bijenkorf Amsterdam, set to open in october 2026. Are you a team leader, is the Bellerose DNA in your blood and do you have a passion for retail? Then you might soon be part of our Bellerose family.

Responsibilities

As Store Manager you are part of the retail team and report to the Retail Manager. You are a true ambassador of our brand and you ensure that our store is both operationally well run and well managed.

• Management
• You evaluate and motivate your sales team in line with the company's vision.
• Company strategy
• You provide premium customer service and ensure lasting customer loyalty.
• You ensure increasing sales figures.
• You ensure correct compliance with visual merchandising.
• Administrative and financial management
• You are responsible for the inventories.
• You ensure optimal management of the collections, deliveries and stock management.
• You manage all the administration related to your team

In short, you are responsible for the turnover and growth of your store.
