Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership role with team management.
• Strategic and analytical mindset to make data-driven decisions using KPIs, sales reports, and Microsoft Excel.
• Energetic, growth-oriented attitude, passion for fashion, and a team player who shares our ambitious vision.
• High level of English, comfortable with international customers; other languages are a plus.
