Job summary

Max Mara Fashion Group's MARELLA Amsterdam store is seeking a Sales Assistant to share the brand's DNA with clients and help grow the customer base.

You will welcome customers, demonstrate product knowledge, deliver the brand's selling ceremony, and contribute to achieving store KPIs while maintaining a premium in-store experience in Amsterdam.

Qualifications

• Passion for fashion.
• Customer-oriented approach.
• 10+ years expertise in Retail Sales.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Dutch language.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and help customers, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.
• Demonstrate brand and product knowledge, based upon the training program provided, as well as keeping up to date with the luxury environment and competitors.
• Proactively deliver the brand's selling ceremony, maximizing sales opportunities in order to achieve store sales target and KPIs.
• Visual Merchandising Operations in the shop
• Actively builds client confidence by creating an engaging interactive experience
• Gain new clients, meeting conversion goals and continues to service existing clients

Would you like to join our MARELLA Amsterdam store as Sales Assistant?

The Sales Assistant is responsible for sharing the methodology and DNA of the company to clients in order to drive sales, grow the base and sustain the brand.

You’ll be in charge of:

• Welcome and help customers, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.
• Demonstrate brand and product knowledge, based upon the training program provided, as well as keeping up to date with the luxury environment and competitors.
• Proactively deliver the brand's selling ceremony, maximizing sales opportunities in order to achieve store sales target and KPIs.
