Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in Maastricht is seeking an Assistant Manager who blends business strategy, operations and people leadership to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will oversee opening/closing routines, supervise salesfloor and stockroom, manage staffing and payroll, train staff, showcase product knowledge, maintain visual displays and analyze reports to inform decisions, with a promote-from-within path to future store leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• CEFR B2 fluency in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Supervise salesfloor and stockroom ensuring excellent customer service and seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
