You will drive sales by analyzing the business, supervising daily store operations, and providing best-in-class customer service while leveraging product knowledge and brand standards. You’ll open and close, supervise the salesfloor and stockroom, manage staffing and payroll, train non-management staff, build visual displays, and analyze

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• CEFR B2 fluency in English & Dutch is required.
• Maintain a strong customer focus to drive sales and service.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and brand standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing routines.
• Supervise salesfloor and stockroom to ensure excellent customer service and seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Represent the Brand and exemplify company culture and values.
