Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in the Netherlands is seeking a Key Lead to supervise the floor, guide Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and boost daily sales by delivering an outstanding customer experience.

You will handle opening/closing routines, operate POS, fulfill omni-channel orders, uphold visual standards, analyze reports, protect assets, and embody the brand culture on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• No supervisory/ management experience required.
• CEFR B2 fluency in English and Dutch required.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Show knowledge of current fashion trends.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the Brand and exemplify company culture and values.
