Job summary

Foot Locker, Inc. is seeking a coordinated Store Development & Real Estate Coordinator to support Design, Construction, Procurement, and Facilities.

You will align priorities, budgets, risks, and timelines across multiple workstreams while delivering data-driven insights to leadership. You will manage documentation, dashboards, and KPI reporting, ensuring accuracy and accessibility, and you will collaborate with internal teams and external partners in a dynamic, hybrid environment offering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 4–6 years of experience in project coordination or PMO roles.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and data management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project governance activities, including meeting coordination, agenda preparation, action tracking and documentation of key decisions.
• Maintain portfolio reporting, project schedules, dashboards and KPI tracking.
• Support projects through full lifecycle including budgeting, approvals, reporting, and change management.
• Prepare management reports and executive presentations to inform decision-making.
• Monitor risks, issues and dependencies and escalate as needed.
• Act as liaison between internal teams and external partners to drive collaboration.
