Job summary

Foot Locker’s Haps distribution center seeks a Demand Planner to translate forecasts into actionable warehouse and supply chain planning. You will align demand with inventory, support S&OP enhancements, and work with warehouse and planning teams to improve performance.

You will analyze KPIs, ensure data quality, and identify bottlenecks while communicating across Dutch and English teams. A hybrid workplace and international environment support career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, or supply chain planning, preferably within a logistics or warehouse environment.
• Ability to manage and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of logistics and warehouse operations.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with hands-on attitude.
• Comfortable working with large datasets (Excel, ERP/WMS systems; forecasting tools is a plus).
• Strong communication skills; able to collaborate across multiple departments.
• Proactive, structured, and solution oriented.
• Fluent in verbal and written communication in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and continuously improve demand forecasts and inventory planning.
• Collaborate with operational (warehouse) teams and strategic (planning and allocation) teams to align demand and inventory levels.
• Support the further development of S&OP processes, including preparing and leading meetings.
• Analyze performance KPIs, and opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor data quality and optimize processes and systems.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and risks.
