Foot Locker is seeking an Assortment Planner for a 6-month temporary contract. You will align buyer visions with financial plans to maximize sales, margin and liquidation, while driving customer experience in-store and online.

You will lead pre-season and in-season assortment planning by location, analyze SKU performance, and collaborate with buyers, planners and vendors to optimize stock and space utilization.

Qualificações

• University or college degree in business, economics, supply chain or equivalent.
• Identify and understand varying business needs and propose solutions/strategic changes.
• Be aware of and introduce innovative approaches/best practices to the business.
• Understand all areas of the business and their requirements and challenges.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a trend driven, high volume company.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Problem solving and decision-making abilities.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with planning tools (Marketmax, Arthur, SAP) preferred.
• Understanding of the European consumer and regional differences.
• Ability to work under pressure and with own initiative.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Buying to create optimal pre-season and in-season assortment plans by location to maximize sales and profit opportunities.
• Recommend SKU actions to Buying and Planning; manage life cycle through demand creation initiatives.
• Compile and analyze store level data to identify opportunities from a SKU count and depth perspective.
• Train, motivate and develop your team to ensure performance and growth.
• Maintain and enhance best practices across merchandising by collaborating with all Assortment Planners and directors.
• Know the internal assortment process and tools.
• Support test and learn environment by making initiatives manageable and scalable.
• Ensure monthly SKU count flow fits space capacity.
• Review product distribution plans prior to intake, adapting to trend shifts.
