INDITEX's Zara Home store in Amsterdam is seeking an Operations role focused on stockroom control and flow from delivery to shop floor. You’ll lead stockroom and delivery teams, optimize replenishment, and ensure processes meet company standards while adapting to daily challenges.

You will collaborate with store leadership to maintain stock accuracy, reduce loss, and support sustainability commitments in a fast-paced retail environment. Applicants must be authorized to work in the EU.

Formación

• Experience in fast-paced retail operations is preferred.
• Ability to oversee stockroom and delivery processes.

Responsabilidades

• Own stockroom and operational flow, ensuring product moves from delivery to shop floor.
• Oversee replenishment, stockroom organization and delivery processes to maintain availability.
• Lead stockroom and delivery teams, set expectations and monitor performance.
• Ensure health & safety procedures, security to reduce stock loss, and sustainability in daily ops.
