INDITEX's Zara Home store in Amsterdam is seeking an Operations role focused on stockroom control and flow from delivery to shop floor. You’ll lead stockroom and delivery teams, optimize replenishment, and ensure processes meet company standards while adapting to daily challenges.

You will collaborate with store leadership to maintain stock accuracy, reduce loss, and support sustainability commitments in a fast-paced retail environment. Applicants must be authorized to work in the EU.

Working closely with the Operations Manager and Store Manager, you ensure that product moves efficiently from delivery to shop floor, supporting both availability and overall store performance. You combine structure with agility. You oversee replenishment, stockroom organization, and delivery processes, ensuring everything is aligned with company standards while adapting quickly to daily challenges. From managing stockroom layout and capacity to improving workflows and productivity, you actively look for ways to optimize operations and support commercial results. You play a key role in connecting teams. Through consistent communication with the operations team, other departments, and managers, you ensure alignment between stockroom activity and shop floor needs. You are also responsible for key operational areas such as RFID, stock accuracy, and online storage, ensuring systems and processes are used effectively. Leading your team is an essential part of your role. You coordinate and support the stockroom and delivery teams, set clear expectations, and monitor performance to ensure goals are met. You create a collaborative and inclusive environment where efficiency, accountability, and teamwork drive results. You also take responsibility for maintaining operational standards, supporting security procedures to reduce stock loss, ensuring Health & Safety practices are followed, and contributing to the company’s sustainability commitments in everyday operations.
