Description

A store’s success starts with our people. As an Assistant Stockroom Manager, you take ownership of the stockroom and operational flow of the store. Working closely with the Operations Manager and Store Manager, you ensure that product moves efficiently from delivery to shop floor, supporting both availability and overall store performance. You oversee replenishment, stockroom organization, and delivery processes, ensuring everything aligns with company standards while adapting quickly to daily challenges. You actively look for ways to optimize operations and support commercial results, drive alignment between teams, and manage key operational areas such as RFID, stock accuracy, and online storage.

You lead and support the stockroom and delivery teams, set clear expectations, monitor performance, and foster a collaborative, inclusive environment focused on efficiency, accountability, and teamwork. You maintain operational standards, support security procedures to reduce stock loss, ensure Health & Safety practices, and contribute to the company’s sustainability commitments.
