Job summary

Bloom & Wild Group is seeking a Stock Planning Lead to architect and scale our non-horticultural stock planning function, building it from scratch to support rapid growth across Europe.

You will lead a team of stock planners, drive availability, minimise waste, and develop automated tools and AI-driven workflows to improve efficiency and decision-making, partnering with commercial to right-size inventory and protect margins.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a procurement, purchasing, supply chain or supply planning role, with experience leading a team.
• Proven track record in supply chain scalability.
• Tech-savvy with systems orientation and tooling development.
• Experience building automated tools and AI workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale the stock planning function from scratch.
• Lead stock availability across sites to maximise availability and minimise waste.
• Develop scalable, automated supply chain tools and AI workflows.
• Lead KPI reviews and establish standardized processes.
• Coach and develop a team of stock planners.
• Collaborate with commercial to right-size inventory and protect margins.
• Support peak periods and ensure continuity of operations.
• Measure supplier performance and drive improvements.
