Job summary

Bloom & Wild Group in Amstelveen seeks an experienced Production Manager to lead daily production of thousands of bouquets. You will oversee a dynamic operation using in-house tools to improve quality and efficiency across multiple lines, coordinating with the quality team and warehousing.

The role requires strong leadership, planning, and IT literacy. With 40-hour weeks, you will manage peaks, mentor staff, and ensure timely delivery while upholding high standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in production operations.
• Proven leadership skills (managing a team/shift).
• Strong communication skills with a wide group of stakeholders.
• Brings structure with attention to detail.
• Flexibility with working hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production at the Amstelveen warehouse (≈45 agency FTE).
• Ensure bouquets produced efficiently, on time, with optimal quality.
• Guide testing and implementation of innovations in production processes.
• Support outbound transport and expedition as needed.
• Plan people and shifts; coordinate time clocking of staff.
• Coordinate operations during peak periods (e.g. holidays).
• Backfill to manage fulfilment or other warehouse operations when required.
