Job summary

Bloom & Wild Group is seeking a Production Manager for our Amstelveen warehouse. You will lead the daily production shift, ensuring timely, high-quality bouquet production across lines and coordination with the quality team.

You will implement innovations, manage staff planning, and support outbound transport while maintaining efficient operations and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in (production) operations.
• Proven leadership in managing a team/shift.
• Strong communication with a wide group of stakeholders.
• Brings structure with attention to detail.
• Flexibility with regard to working hours (early start or late ending).
• Proactive mindset and IT literacy.
• Fluent in English and Polish.
• Experience with Excel/Google Sheets and Slack.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production of the Amstelveen warehouse, managing ~45 agency workers.
• Ensure bouquets are produced efficiently, on time and at quality targets.
• Test and implement process improvements with the team and manager.
• Support the expedition team in outbound transport when needed.
• Plan people and shifts; coordinate agency workers and timekeeping.
• Coordinate operations during peak periods (e.g., holidays).
• Backfill to cover fulfilment or other warehouse ops as required.
